I sleep all swaddled in blankets with my nose peeping out. I can always tell cuz when I wake up the tip of my nose is cold!

No I don't. Did you know that by sleeping with covers over your head you don't get the right amount of O2 and it will cause headaches

Blankets over your head doesn't seem to be safe; it could interfere with your breathing and make your breathing feel warm like when you have a running nose.

No. I put a spare pillow over my head (forehead and eyes) for dark and quiet.
