I sleep with a body pillow orders from Rheumatologist. I also use
a pillow for side sleepers. Works well.

sure, I actual have a fleece throw that i take advantage of on the sofa in particular circumstances. No sought after pillow as of yet, yet i'm hoping to purchase a gel pillow at Kohl's quickly. The are gentle to place your head on.
