We apologize because we cannot continue the negotiation proces as it was carried out when we were still on the field and we don’t understand why our conversation call was suddenly cut and lost the mobile signals. We try to find other phone number but it is quite difficult as we are still on the field at that time. That situation was beyond our control and we feel dissapointed for being unable to continue the negotiation process. Our apologies to the interview team for the incident on that morning. We would understand if we are declared as failed in this selection process. Thank you for your attention.

We apologize, because we cannot continue the negotiation process, as it was carried out when we were still on the field. We do not understand why our conversation call was suddenly cut and lost the mobile signals. We have tried to find other phone numbers, but it is quite difficult as we are still on the field at that time. The situation was beyond our control and we feel disappointed for being unable to continue the negotiation process. We send our apologies to the team for the incident on that morning. We would understand, if we are declared as failed in the selection process.

Thank you for your attention

replace because with, "that". Process is misspelled, I would replace "on" the field with "in, I would follow "cut" with "off", replace "try with "tried", after still, add an "s" to number, I would replace "on" with "in", replace "that with "this", correctly spell, "dissappointed." The narritve shoud read as follows:

We apologize that we cannot continue the negotiation process as it was carried out when we were still in the field and we don’t understand why our conversation call was suddenly cut when we lost our mobile signals. We tried to find other phone numbers, but it is quite difficult as we were still in the field at that time. This situation was beyond our control and we are disappointed for being unable to continue with the negotiation process. Our apologies to the interview team for the incident on that morning. We would understand if we are declared as failed in this selection process. However, we have rectified our communication structure and strongly believe that we are able to complete the project on time and within the budget. Thank you for your attention.

That's just a HORRIBLE paragraph hun..
Who's We? Is that the "Team"?
Instead of saying "We" so much say "The team apologizes"..because no one has any idea who we is.
All your sentences are run-on's and need to be broken down. You really need to start over on this..Try just a simple
"To whom it may concern,
I'd like to take the time to apologize for what happened this morning.(Or whenever it happened) It was out of our hands and we regret that we couldn't finish our negotiations. Please feel free to call us back at 8582514714 at your first convience. Thank you."
