Telekinesis or Psychokinesis is about the movement of energy from faster moving frequency to the physical level.

Moving objects by simply, willing them to move is possible.

To do that you will need to have a very deep understanding of how things work
or
zero knowledge about how things works.
With half knowledge or half trust it will not be done.

it does not drain your energy or kill you if you used it excessively.
It is simply an act like our daily activities.

However the spoon bending that you see on television is not telekinesis.

I will explain.

The spoon is made up of alloys with very low melting point.

Many such combinations are available:-
Cadmium, Lead, Mercury is one such combination but is very toxic.

Another combination is Indium, Bismuth, Tin.
This alloy melts at 60 degrees Celsius.

The ones you see on television probably use this alloy.
You will see that the performer rubs his thumb tightly against the spoon handle.
This friction increases the temperature and the spoon becomes soft but will not melt.
Now the weight of the spoon head acts on the soft metal and it bends.
Once the temperature comes down the spoon hardens again.

Don't confuse this with telekinesis.

Doing telekinesis is like viewing a stereogram.
Or for that matter, like any other art.

Getting it right takes practice. But once you know it, it comes naturally.

Hmmm...well, i've tried it before and it did work. It takes months to develope it, depending on the person. As for me, it took me 3 days to move a psy wheel, believe it or not. But anyways, I quit that since i noticed that it takes up a lot of energy. If you over use it, it can kill you so be careful. I have a bunch of sites of it, but i'm sorry that I can't give it to you. You have to search it yourself. I don't want to be responsible if you die. Also, it will probably take you a lot of time to even move a can since you have to always practice. It gets hard. Why not just use your hands to move it? And if you try to tell someone, they might not believe you. If you try using it just for fun, then I don't think it's good for you. Who knows what can happen. Just be careful. Over use of it, can over use your energy and stuff. And don't get paranoid.

Edit: Something just occured to me that I remember from before. I'm kind of wondering why telekenetic people and such die early. Maybe it's because they over use their energy and stuff?

I also believe, but I do believe that there are some scammers out there. But these websites may be able to help. Good searching.

It isn't a game and taught for the sole reason of being helpful or in a emergency situation not for a party trick.

It's not fake. But you have to ask yourself by what power is all this happening. And don''t tell me it's some power in the mind or something. It's demonic power.
