tire marks off a driveway?

You might try a pressure sprayer. it might save a lot of time on you hands and knees scrubbing.
My own opinion is, who cares if there's tire marks in the driveway, take the time you would spend cleaning this and do something fun!

Try some Goof-Off. It has cleaned many spots from my driveway.

Try tide with bleach. not liquid form ,but powder. make a paste {like soft scrub} and use it like soft scurb. scrub, wash ,rinse. Or oxy clean too might work

try wd40 and a srub pad.
