If you were to get a D.U.I in massachusetts ?

And then got your license back ater paying all the fines and completing all requirements then what is the Blood achohol level that is allowed?

Depends on age...If you are over 21 then the legal limit in Ma is .08 if you are under 21 then the legal limit is .05...Just because you pay fines and take classes doesn't mean that they increase your exceptable blood alcohol level

Not sure I understand your question. In most States .8 is the legal limit.
