it's a RAR fileset, split compressed files.

Download WINRAR to extract it

RAR is like a ZIP file, but more flexible.

Launch WINRAR and open the file R01 with it, it works the rest out itself. Beware though, many of these are "passworded" RAR files, so don't be too surprised if you can't open it, if that's the case GOOGLE for the filename + password Also in future check the files contained in a torrent b4 downloading, and I always avoid RAR if I can.

The file you downloaded came compressed in the rar file format. Instead of saving the file in one archive file, however, the person who compressed it choose to save it in 48 different files. Decompress the file with the .rar extension and the program you use to open rar archives will open the .r** files as needed.

those are .rar files
you need to use WinRar or 7-Zip http://www.7-zip.org/ to open it and extract it (if you can't play the video after you extracted the file use Vlc http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ )
