Yes they Misspelled my daughter's name on her's we didn't find out until we got he social security card. we had it changed though. her name is Adrienne and they spelled it Adienne. you think that they would double and triple check for typo's but I guess not.

Yes, mine had the wrong date of birth and my name was spelled wrong. I just had to file for an amended birth certificate at the county clerks office.

Sure, I have a friend, his middle name is wrong on his certificate. He says they didn't disover it till he got his driver's license. At that point they just went with the wrong name.

Yes. One of my father's cousins has the letters "ei" in his last name where everyone else in the familey has "ie".
It was much easier to go along with that than to get it changed.

yes...they got my moms maiden name wrong on mine.....
