For the "For those about to rock question" The song is a play on words from the Coliseum period during the roman empire. The gladiators would say "Hail Cesar! We who are about to die salute you" before they fought to the death. The song on the other hand is issuing support for their fans who are about to rock followed by another tradition a 21 gun salute at the end.

Hell's Bells was written by Brian Johnson after the death of Bonn Scott. His manager took him on a trip to the Caribean to collect his thoughts. Johnson knew how masterful of a song writter Bonn was and Johnson was doubting his abilities to write songs as well.
The band wanted the album Back In Black to be a tribute to Bonn, and one day as a tropical storm was hitting the Islands Johnson could almost hear Bonn singing "I'm a rolling thunder a pouring rain" and from there wrote the song Hell's Bells

I'm not sure what they're trying to convey, but I think the general idea of the song is that their giving praise to those that area having good old fashion fun ROCKING OUT!!!! sort to speak. Of course, what do I know, that was way before I was even born, they could have been high as a kite when they wrote that.

"For those about to Rock" they salute you---respect, are ready to rock/ party with you.

"Hells Bells"--- You got me ringing hells bells--- just partying/rocking maybe doing things considered "sinful"?

That's just what I've always thought of songs.
