I think people pick on arod because he think he is a big shot.
People didn't enjoy when arod screamed I got it when he was running to third ( to make a team drop the ball and not have 2 outs.) I can see why they make fun of him. He cheats on his wife, strikesout alot, even though he was the youngest to 500 hr's he does things that people don't like. And that is why people pick on arod.

That's very true, but A-Rod has always been under the
microscope in New York. Plus have we forgot, he is
a shortstop, and has not been playing his regular position
since he landed up in the Bronx. Plus his salary is high
even for Yankee standards, and there are people who
think Derek Jeter is better than him. Can you imagine if
the Red Sox had gotten him?
