Starting out with a lie again. Like all liberal though values. policies, and beliefs. The US presidency has never been a joke. Te office holder has been contemptable Like Clinton, and incompetent like carter, but never a joke Bush, is a good honest man who's only mistake is cooperating with Democrats from time to time.

Well once again you are wrong! Clinton takes credit for turning into a joke. Did you forget HE WAS IMPEACHED ??? HELLLOOOO!!!! your assuming he has turned it into a joke.
I think he has restored a bit of it. Unlike the UN who made hollow threats "do this or else" Bush followed up on his promise.
The UN is the real joke. They have no real credibility or authority becuase everyone knows they will not take action.
If they had just backed up their resolutions the US would not have had to do it.
When countries hear Bush state that we will do something they listen the same can not be said of the UN.
in an interview Bin Laden was quoted saying "When Clinton pulled troops out of Samolia after taking losses I knew what their weakness was. Strike them and hurt them and they will shrink up. Its what made me sure 9/11 would work" he later went on to say the US was a paper tiger with no teeth.

Bush has turned our Constitution into a joke, which is far worse.
