do check if ur hardwares are working.. if they are, just do a reinstall of your operating system...

Ouch. That is known as the Blue Screen of Death. Install some antivirus software, and pray for the best. You may need to reinstall your Operating System.
Get some antivirus software off of the openlist:

try doing a restore from the last date you know the system was working right
