Chuck D. I like Rakim, but Chuck attacks his raps like no one else. He overwhelms the mic.

They both have their strengths. I'd say if we're talking pure mc abilities Rakim, but Chuck D with Public Enemy is a lot better than Rakim.

rakim, better lyrically.

but yeah, hustle and flow was horrible. it was so stereotypical and cheesy. the part where he said he heard a beat in his head all the time was just a highhat ticking, thats not a beat, he could have just had a terrible ear infenction.
