I think remnant of hurricane Dean will affect to southern California this weekend and may bring need rain to Los Angeles.

What do you think about? answer me how much rain inches Los Angeles this weekend? and explain me how this system affect L.A. I think may will receive 0.10 inches in L.A. this weekend. even able more rainfall than .10 inches.

Look fact L.A. average rainfall month of August is 0.13 inches.
Never rain L.A. in August for almost 20 years. I hope this will end longest no rain in August this weekend also need rainfall.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I think Los Angeles will receive no more than a trace from the Dean moisture. That trace will probably come from a thick layer of altocumulus clouds. San Diego will probably get something measurable, but I'm guessing still less than 0.10 inches. The mountains of Southern California should do much better, and I would be surprised if some mountain and desert regions do not get in excess of one inch with flash flood warnings issued on Saturday.

I'd love to see more rain than this in the coastal areas, so I hope I'm wrong!
