I have two and deserved both. But did ask Yahoo why I got the violation but the Questioner didn't. I also complained about the topics of some questions, but did not get a satisfactory answer.

Sometimes, or with the really immature people. I've mostly just learned to go along with it though, sometimes the trolls actually entertain me. Some nights I'll post here just waiting for someone to post something stupid.

i think every one on here has had an unjustified violation at some point, i've decided to ignore them, it's either that or constantly do battle with yahoo Q&A and frankly i don't have the time or desire

I see no reason to fight a losing battle. I print them out and use them for note paper. Ignore them.

No, I embrace them, in fact, once I actually reported myself as "spamming" just to see what would happen . Nothing happened.
Oh, I do argue against them though.

Yes, if I get another one, i'm closing my account. I got one because I said I don't like Harry Potter, the question was, "Do you like Harry Potter"...and I got two yestarday, for reasons unknown to me. I'm really quite sick of it.

I fight most of them. I have had some overturned. I don't know if Yahoo reviews their violation reports, but I know they review their rebuttals.
