I don't care if you're conservative, liberal, black, white, man or woman. This is just bad. It's bad enough that most of the Whitehouse won't answer to subpoenas, spying on American citizens, and arresting dissenters that say they don't like Bush but now they have to be subject to a court order to show the US the new Global Warming reports. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,2940...
Have you ever in your life(seriously) ever seen such dissent and deliberate violations of the constitution and the American people.

This may sound conspiratorial but it is my opinion that what we are witnessing in the white house is the complete degradation of our constitutional rights, all in the name of the war on terror. The correct terminology would be the war on freedom. George Bushs' refusal to answer a congressional suponea is paramount to treason and is an impeachable offense. Where is our great attorny general Gonzalez when the law is being broken by the man that we the people chose to be our leader. As president, like all other public officials mr bush should be held to a higher standard than the general public because he should "lead by example". Another problem is the very illegal and unconstitutional wire tapping. The fourth ammendment to our constitution protects us from illegal searches and seizures of our property however our government has no regard for our constitution nor the people of our country. This is why two of our fine border patrol agents are imprisoned for keeping a known drug dealer out of our country, while our government is allowing the "ILLEGAL" immigrant to sue our government for protecting us. Wake up people our constitution is for americans only. Meanwhile Gonzolas states that the CIA cannot tap overseas communications because it's "unconstitutional". Since when does our constitution apply to overseas countries. It is unconstitutional to tap our communications but "WE THE PEOPLE" do not matter anymore. We are witnessing a rapid and aggresive change in our government policy. Where are Patric Henry, Paul Revere, Thomas Jefferson and the other great founding fathers when we need them? They are rolling over in their graves. It is a sad time in America and only the people can change it.

No, I really haven't, not since Nixon anyway. I'm old enough to remember that mess and the only difference between the corruption of those two Administrations is that Bush and Cheney are smarter than Nixon. Better fall guys, a tighter stranglehold on those under their watch, and a willingness to do whatever they can get away with under the auspices of "Executive Privilege." Can you believe the latest crapola from Bush regarding Vietnam? He's been snarling at the suggestion that Vietnam situationally resembled Iraq for years, now all of sudden it's his new tactic to try and gain more support to stay in Iraq until the end of time. How black will history paint this Administration?

You know I thought all was bad with the secrecy and all, but now the administration is not issuing mandated Global Warming reports? Can it get any worse? Thank God that somebody got the word out and the judge ruled on the side of saving humanity. Maybe just maybe, if we can get the Democrats in office, the report will be issued and the earth will cool and the world will love us again.

' Who ever suggested that any papers have been destroyed in that small fireplace? the fireplace became no longer mysterious except you elect to make it in an attempt to bigger your guy or woman schedule.. It became totally defined even to the delight fo the media. Are we going to have yet another 9/11 conspiracy now? A small fireplace became by danger ignited interior the quarters of the vice chairman. It became placed out immediately with little harm. era

The link does not work
He does not have to answer Congressional subpoenas. Ever heard of separation of powers? All these investigations do is try and perjury trap people.
He did not spy on Americans. He allowed intercepted phone calls from international callers and suspected terrorists. BTW, this has been going on since Carter. Get the facts straight
There is no man made Global Warming.
You cannot name a single violation of the Constitution.
Typical liberal question, lots of baseless accusations without any real facts.

I find it hilarious that the first poster complained of the "secrecy of The Clinton White House" and then lists all the "secrets". They may have thought they were "moving furtively" but the strobe lights and FLEETWOOD MAC "theme"music....kinda gave them away! Not to mention a Full-time/On Premises Special Prosecutor. (lol)

I saw much worse as Clinton argued what "is" is, his advisors smuggled out and lost classified doc's showing what Clinton knew about what was to become 9/11, pardons were being handed out like candy, Whitewater was pushed under the carpet, etc, etc

I would almost prefer the secrecy because they are so inept that the truth is often worse.
