I don't think the chid support changes at all. I think the only thing that would change would be alimony/spousal support. Regardless of her re-marring, it is still your child to take care of, not his.

If she gets married, that isn't going to change anything. Now if her new husband decides he would want to adopt the child, and it was ok with you, you would not have to pay child support any more. But if you owe any back support, you might still have to pay that to the state. It depends on the state's laws.

Child support is based on your income and the income of the spouse. There are formulas that the states base this on. You can find web sites that give you fairly accurate calculations. Marriage doesn't change this - thank goodness - my husbands ex would have cleaned me out by now if that were the case.

If wife remarries your child support order is still YOUR child support order, nothing changes. Her new husband is under NO obligation to support YOUR child unless you sign over parental rights and he adopts your child.

Neither. It stays the same. If it is too high, file a motion to modify and reduce to judgement. You'll need to show a big drop in income since child support was established.

I doubt that there will be any change in your support unless you begin making more money and your ex takes you to court for a raise in support. Just because a woman gets married doesn't lower your support because her husbands money should not be taken into consideration.

If you are in Texas it will stay the same. Child support is only based on your income and nothing else.

Shouldn't change, you are supporting your child with child support. Now if you are paying alimony, that will go away.

If wife remarries then custody of the child should be given to father if he is capable of bringing him\her up. Because father has got equal rights on the kid.
