toward most people it comes naturally, there are a select few though that really require me to work at it, LOL.

I am extremely nice which means for the most part it comes naturally but the are occasions where I have to work very hard at it but I really don't want to deal with fights or confrontations. So yeah people walk all over me all time.

I just try to be fair. If someone is nice to me, I'll return the favor. It's a continuous work in progress.
I have a genuine interest in people so it's not hard to be nice to nice people. I think that truely kind people have an unsaid understanding between each other.
If someone is unecessarily rude or mean, I'll do my best to put them in check without losing my dignity as well. I guess that's really the hard part.

Most days it comes naturally, but I do have my days when I need to work at it.

I am naturally nice, the only way that I would purposely try to hurt someone if they have done something to my family or they have pushed me too far. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt that they are having a hard day or something.

It usually comes naturally to me unless the person is a real A hole. Then, if I have to, it's an effort. Since I hit 50, I feel less of an obligation to be nice to a holes. I guess I put in my time.

It does come naturally but, only for older people. I have always had this admiration for the older generations. More along the lines of the WWII generation.... Now, when it comes to my age and younger (37)....I have to work at it sometimes. People can catch me on the wrong day and I really have to work at it.

It comes naturally for me, just like being mean. It just depends on the situation and person.
