Forget the devices! Get the Stuttering Foundation's book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" and work step by step to overcome your stuttering. Or, find a speech therapist who specializes in treating stuttering by clicking on "referrals" on the web site www.stutteringhelp.org. The devices only work for some with a certain kind of stuttering. And, they'll only work if you have them in your ear. As soon as you take it out or it stops working, you are right back to your stuttering self. It is better to learn what to do to overcome the stuttering without a crutch. You can do it; several members of my family did.
