Here my list:

1. LT (Nuff said)

2. Larry Johnson ( Even with less carries, KC knows how to run)

3. Shaun Alexander (a maybe pick here but hes got enough credentials to do it)

4. Frank Gore (this is his breakout year, barring injuries, plus the division is ****. also, if u have seen this boy run, u knows hes got skills)

5. Clinton Portis (once again, health is the big concern)

6. Brian Westbrook (gotta love the versatility)

7. Steven Jackson (team sucks so much it hurts him)

8. Willie Parker ( can he duplicate?)

9. Rudi Johnson (underrated for sure, thats why hes at the bottom of my list)

10. Fred Taylor (give this guy the ball more often and hed be a machine)

1. LT (barring injury this is a no brainer)
2. LJ (Chiefs running back is greatd... all there is to it)
3. Frank Gore (He showed he could run last year, let see him repeat)
4. Clinton Portis (Darn good running back as long as he's healthy)
5. Steven Jackson (Just a good pure running back)
6. Brian Westbrook (versatile, good, could carry the team if need be)
7. Willie Parker (Easily could be number 3, but gets docked because it is a transition year and who knows how the season will go)
8. Fred Taylor ('Quietly' rushed for 9500 yards. Expect at least 10500 by the end of the season. I hope for 11000 yards, but he has to split time with Jones-Drew and FB Greg Jones)
9. Travis Henry (Was great at running behind the Titans O-Line, throw him in Denver... just wow. However I expect him to split time with mike bell and not do as good as expected)
10. Leon Washington ( Sleeper pick, why? Because last year when asked i picked Gore over Shawn Alexander for this spot. If i was going with smarts over just a sleeper, I would pick Duece McAllister)

Note: In top ten Running backs i would put a fullback or two if blocking was included. But since blocking normally isn't... i have to well, limit it to HB's. Therefore, my Honorable Mentions are all Fullbacks:
1. Dan Krieder, Pitt: Excellent blocker, good hands, just an overall good full back.
2. Mike Carney (sp?), NO: Looks like he will excel at catching TD's and is a decent - good blocker.
3. Greg Jones, Jax: Decent blocker, Awesome run power. Not bad quickness. Unfortunately, coming off of a second ACL injury i'm curious about how good he will be. Remember, last year before he went down it was rumored he was on pace to replace Fred Taylor. Since then, he's not as fast or as quick as he was the year before (looked like the coming of the ripped bus, now... not so much).

Note2: I don't have Marooney (spelling) on here because i don't know about his shoulder. If its fine all season i can see him being a top ten back. Otherwise... well obviously not. Shawn Alexander could also make a rebound or he could just fall off the face of the field.

1. LT (the man who does it all)
2. Frank Gore (expect SF to use him more this year)
3. Larry Johnson (still overshadowed by the greatness of LT)
4. Joe Addai (a little high for a season year player, but don't forget he's a versatile back, run, catch, block, he might be the second leading man in the offense this year behind of course Peyton Manning.
5. Steven Jackson (great size, great speed, great toughness = great RB)
6. Shaun Alexander (not my type of RB, besides he talk too much)
7. Willie Parker (fast)
8. Thomas Jones (expect him to do great thing in NJ)
9. Rudi Johnson (will have a big load to carry this year with Kenny Irons out)
10. Willis McGahee (maybe a move to another team will help him get a break out season)

1. Ladanian Tomlinson
2. L.Johnson with they find a quarterback who can throw the ball then they'll think about passing
3. Shaun Alexander with Jackson gone they have bit trouble passing so more running
4. Frank Gore my favorite on the list true underdog that runs hard and with heart
5. Stephen Jackson does everything L.T does (besides passing) but not as good
6. Joseph Addai he the Colts running back they'll get at least 80% of the runs
7. Willie Parker Steelers offense looks strong and so does Willie
8.Brian Westbrook I think is the second best but is in Andy's Offense
9. Clinton Portis if it wasn,t for health and Betts then he would be at least number four on the list
10 Willis McGahee better then Jamal even at 2,000 yards running seasons

honorable Mention
11. Rudi Johhnson he's good and named Rudi
13 Deangelo Williams the next Warrick Dunn or Tiki Barber while they were in prime he will take over Carolinas running with Carolina switching from power running to Speed running and running schedule why not

HA! You left out Travis Henry! Henry is going to do well in the Bronco run system. Mediocre backs rush for 1000+ yards in that scheme.
