When I try to access my voice mail, I input the number after it asks me to do so, but i don't know what button to press. If I press the send button, it tries to call my own number and if i try to press ok then it tries to add the number. What button do I press?

I don't do it that way. I press the center button, then go to the little Mailbox icon. From there I can access Voicemail as option #5. I select that, then follow the prompt to enter my code. OR I can go to Recent Calls, Dialed calls, then scroll down to the last call I made to VoiceMail and hit Send.

OK to retrieve your home Voicemail from your cell phone, dial the number for Voicemail you usually dial (including area code), then it will ask for your Voice mailbox number and you'll enter your own phone number. Then it will say something else like that again, but it's a little different, and you're supposed to enter your password.

are you talking about your home phone or cell phone? if you press & hold the #1 on cell phone it should take you right to voice mail. On your home phone if you call your own # & press the # sign when the voice message comes then enter your 11 digit tel number & password that you have set up. If you havent done this I suggest you call you phone provider for further & detailed instructions.
