Verizon Wireless Ringback Tones - trouble previewing online?

I am now running Vista and am no longer able to play previews of the Ringback Tones on VZW's website. I've found people's posts with the same problem elsewhere online, but I never find the answer. Anyone have this problem? Or been able to solve it?
