You have to be 18 in California. If one party is under 18 but over 16, and the age difference is less than 3 years or something, then it's still illegal but the penalty is less. But for it to be legal, both parties must be 18.

You can be so old that you are barely alive. That is the age limit for sex in California. Viagra and similar medications have really helped senior citizens.

Well are you over 18 ? Is she ? That plays a part, But I think in most states its 18, If one of the persons is over 18. Some state like Ky. is 16.

UH if you are still in HS dont have sex cause you'll get pregnate and die. Or you'll get Gonorrhea and die! NAH just kidding but seriously dont have sex if you're not ready. You have to be like 16 as far as I know...
