im looking for a verizon phone that your able to record a memo and put it as a rington does anyone knows of any phone model

Yes. The Razr V3xx has this abillity allthough It is a little hard to hear If u set it as a ringtone. But dont get tricked, If u listen to it and it sounds loud it will be about 4 times softer as a ring tone.
