I do enjoy what we call "Chinese food", which in reality is American-Chinese food. Believe me, you wouldn't enjoy eating TRUE Chinese food. I used to rent from a couple who were from Beijing. They also owned a Chinese Restaurant. They had a separate menu for TRUE Chinese people.

Very much. I lived in Japan for awhile, and would fly over to Hong Kong once in awhile. The food was out of this world.
