Here's how to enable the Flash Player if you have PSP Firmware 2.7 or higher - http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/PSP/WebBrowser/s_psp_wb_fl.html, but it won't play Youtube videos. You will have to get MP4 formatted videos.
1. You can convert Youtube Videos online with PC or PSP using http://www.vixy.net
2. You can download MP4 formatted videos from either http://www.guba.com/home_free or http://video.connect.com

if you have regular sony firmware on it u can't. u can enable flash by going to settings and enabling it but it is an old version not fit for youtube. with custom firmware u can upgrade it through a complicated process. however i just go to video google and download their videos (not youtube through video google)to the VIDEO folder NEXT to the PSP folder, not in it, that i created.
