well are you like "OMG HE'S HUGE!!!" or you've just gone up a few pant sizes (ps. nobody can tell if it's that situation). but hey, it's always the person it happens to, who makes a bigger deal out of it then it really is. no one else probably even notices (i mean unless you gained like 20lbs). and it's just summer weight. it'll even out through the school year, because you're not always snacking and you walk around more. so don't stress. the more people see like "wow he's way too self conscious" the more people are gonna look for flaws. so relax kid! it's not the end of the world.

You are young and with the right foods and exercise you can soon get back in trim. And your REAL friends will still be your friends.Of course age 14 is hard, as I recall. But please try to realize that those who only care about outer appearances are very shallow, and you don't need them as friends. Often the most popular and "well-liked" kids end up down the road with drug and alcohol problems as well as with several divorces. Be good to yourself, and you'll do fine.

You are still the same person on the inside. Now put your mind on getting back to the person you were on the outside. Your real friends will continue to be your friends. Those who are not really your friends may not be as kind. Make THAT your incentive to bring back the ole YOU! GOOD LUCK!
ANYONE is able to do whatever one sets their mind to do.
Now get with the program. You have work to do!

sorry, but you are wrong when you say it's too late. You have an opportunity to show your freinds what you are made of; show them your determination to fix your "problem" by working hard to fix it. I stongly suggest that you seek the guidance of someone more mature in these matters so you don't end up doing it wrong and for the wrong reasons.

weight dosen't make you any different. Everyone makes fun at each other for no reason, they'll be teasing you, thats all. People just gain and lose weight over time though.

Start now cutting back on the "bad" foods you are eating and you will be back to your normal weight in no time. Good luck, honey.

If you trully are well-liked, then your weight is NOT going to make any difference at all. Being well-liked means that you are liked for YOU, not how you look. All the best!
