Yes, the qué would have a stress mark (acento, in spanish) because it's a question.... what do you think (about something)??

The first phrase means "have a good time" / "have fun"

This is probably an idiomatic phrase and a literal translation does not give the correct meaning. It may mean something more like: it goes well or things are going well, or I'm fine
