no == and i would not advise any one to use and debt consolidation company -- you can work through this your self -- downsize your life style and get rid of all things that are costing and not making you any money till you get your finances under control -- you will save money and improve your credit at the same time!!!

There are so many debt consolidation/repair/counseling companies that are a waste of time and money. They all get their fees up front and you end up with trashed credit.
Use the money to pay down your debts. Concentrate on the highest interest rate debt first. Put every penny you can squeeze out of your budget on it, while making minimum payments on the rest. When that's paid, move to the next one till they are all paid off.
Within 2 or 3 years you can have your debt all cleared up.
