I heard that all states have different laws for that.

yes, you dont know whats on there hands, i recently went to a taco tico and we saw the man sitting outside ON THE GROUND smoking, then he came inside and tried to make my food without gloves, WITHOUT washing his hands, if you see them not wearing gloves dont eat the food and report them to a manager.

I'd rather have someone handle ALL my food w/ plastic gloves on, who knows what they do throughout the day, let alone what the handler handles during lunch time! lol you know what i mean....
be careful, there have been a lot of food poisonings around in fast food restaurants!

I would say so. I would not eat in a place that doesn't. I have seen places were the people that clear the tables wear gloves.

Yes, because a suprising amoutn of fecal matter can hide under the finger nails, as tests have shown in food handler. The exception is the cashier or people who don't actually touch your food.

Yes it depends on what state or even down to what county you live in. You have to look up food handling in your area if you would like to know.

i'm in california and it's gross. i've seen gloves in subway and.............and........
i can't think of another.
