Why are you so concerned with this man? If he is your step dad, and you live on your own, you don't have to see him. You can invite just your mom to your house for coffee. Or meet her for lunch somewhere.
How would you know he pees the bed? Does your mom tell you all of this? Why did she marry him? I think she is the one who needs help. Mr. Pee Pot is probably happy with the way he is.
Just remember you can not control other people's behavior. There is nothing you can do to help your mom, or change this man.

Obviously, you don't care for your stepfather; but exaggerated will not help you with your situation. Talk to your mom about getting some family counseling. If she is unable to help you; talk to your school counselor.

one time....the BF and i decided to go to the timmy ho's down the street from my house. my step dad had just left and said he went to work out. when we got to good 'ol tim hortons...we spotted him eating a twelve pack of donuts. i often contemplate pouring bleach in his coffee.
