National Treasure doesn't fit, the one guy dies when he falls near the end of the movie.
I would think that alot of the Romantic Comedies don't have any death. I'm thinking You've Got Mail, IQ, While You Were Sleeping, Pride and Prejudice, French Kiss, etc.
Oh and whichever Men in Black has the alien "wearing" the skin as a human wouldn't count either....
