Do you actually feel a difference when taking vitamins? does it prevent you from getting sick or less tired?

Vitamins absolutely make a difference in your body and how you feel. A good quality vitamin will help you have more energy and give back to your body the vitamins and minerals it needs on a daily basis. Minerals are critical to the body's health because without them you cannot absorb vitamins or any other nutrients.

Of course. Especially anti-oxidants. Because they help support your immune system. When you get a cold or fever your immune system is low, so thats why they recommend that you get enough sleep as well as lots of liquids and sometimes orange juice (vitamin C).

A multivitamin is probably the best single supplement you can take to improve your overall health and energy level.

definately! Eating organic and pesticide free food, makes it so you NEVER get sick also
