Yes! They were defiantely 1 of the best bands of all time (Time will only tell if another band will be better) Y? cuz they were very unique they were doing stuff in their music that had never been heard before (like Harder Guitar riffs like in Birthday which lead to modren day heavy metal) they put lyrics in with their records. they were not afraid to speak their mind later on after they broke up. They wrote some of the most memorable songs of all time. they inspired an entire generation. they single handly changed on how we look at music today.they inspired countless musical artists today such as Ozzy Osbourne and Nirvana. Now I think Nirvana came really close an being the successor to the Beatles for some of the same reasons.
