I was just curious, does the mood you are in at the time you read a marriage question have an effect on the answer you give? I have noticed that when I'm a little ticked at my husband, my answers sometimes reflect it. Then, again, when we are enjoying our night, I seem to be more emotional and caring in my answers. So does the person who ask the question, which is sometimes serious, need to remember that they have no idea what lies behind the answers they get? By the way, it's a boring night of baseball!!!!

You make a good point. However, most times it's simply a matter of common sense. When one is emeshed within an issue, it's difficult to see the forest for the trees. Being on the outside looking in, is quite a different matter.

No for me my mood does not have an effect on the answers I give. For me if I am in a bad mood with my hubby and start answering questions about relationship, it gives me a chance to think about all the good things in my husband and why I love him so much!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone answers according to how they feel and of course from previous experience. Which I think most people ask a question and then pick am answer that validates how they feel. I'm sure some people may pick some away from there original thought process but, not many.

I can honestly say that my mood does not influence my answers at all. If you are that type of person then you really shouldn't be giving people advise.

My answers are always truthful but I do not answer questions when I am upset, angry or depressed so that I can make a truthful answer.

No, I don't think so. I am who I am and my advice I give is how I feel about it no matter what is going on in my life.
