Anyone have any ideas about where I can find good material on the psycology of theatre?

I'm looking for things on what is going on in the mind of an actor, cast, ensemble, what part of the brain is engaged as well as the techniques and styles that are used all over.

that is not genrally what is though of as pyschology of theatre, ususally it is about audience psychology.
