There would just be loads and loads of scoring. the centers would turn the ball over a lot, and the pgs would have their shots blocked a lot. On the other hand, pgs would lose their defenders and shoot open shots and layups. The Centers would just post up and shoot over the pgs. It would be a toss up.

Of course, the centers would win. The point guards wouldn't get the ball until AFTER a score, and would get only 1 shot on the offensive end. We actually did this in college because one of the guards on the team thought that centers were useless except for rebounding. Boy, did we show him. Three centers and two power forwards who stepped in at center sometimes mopped up the guards.

yo and Kyle - Why do you say that centers would turn the ball over? They wouldn't have to dribble - heck, they wouldn't have to bring the ball below their chins. Just pass the ball to each other as they go down the court and keep the passes high - out of the point guards' reach. We ended up with a layup each time an packed in a defense that forced the guards to shoot from outside - well beyond what is now the three point line.

Why is everyone hating on the centers? I think it would be close, but not for a reason anyone's really said. Centers aren't all terrible handlers; I play center for my high school, and I'm one of the better dribblers on the team. My friend who plays power forward (and subs at center) is even better. Anyway, the game would be close. The point guards would use their speed to get off shots, and they would drive enough times to score regularly. And remember, these guys are the best passers; if they see they don't have the shot, they'll just pass to one of their men that does. The centers, on the other hand, would use their height to their advantage, while probably having a designated "point" among them to take up the ball, and lob in as a high pass. I think the centers would win, but not by much.

The point guards. The centers would be too damn slow to run back the other end of the court. The centers can rebound and block shots, but lack ball handling and speed. The point guard runs the offense and the centers would probably be running in circles.

It would depend...if you're talking NBA players, then it would be really interesting. Also, do you mean TRUE centers because that's different. Kevin Garnett and Dirk are not TRUE centers. A team of Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Deron Williams, Gilbert Arenas and Tony Parker would put up a lot of points on the offesive end and they can all score inside and outside. However, it would be tough for them to defend a team of 7 footers.

The all point guards team. They should be faster and quicker and have a better shot and farther range. Most of all, they're good ball handlers while their counterparts will have trouble just bringing down the ball and will surely get trapped all the time. While the centers will get the rebounds, the PG's will outrun, outhustle and outgun their taller opponents.

I don't know why do you think every 1 in the NBA is tall cause thats the advantage....PGs have no shot it would be a 40 to 130 for the Center they don't need handels if you can just pass the ball foward without dribbling cause the pgs won't jump high enough to intercept...Pgs will get no rebounds will only have to shoot 3's cause they won't drive at all...Centers without a doubt...The taller the better....

I would say a team of point guards because the centers would have no ball handler, so they wouldn't get very many chances.

The centers, There would be no way to stop them at the offensive end, and they would get every rebound on the D end.
