I dont know it depends if it is a Good Moring or not. Usually I just say Morning. When you say good morning you are asking them Good Morning? If they say Good morning back then I guess it is a Good Moring. Hope this helps.

I really don't think about it. I'm so used to saying it when I see some one in the morning time. I guess it's just my way of saying hi.

Unless I'm in a rush, yes, I do mean it. Once in a while it does come out without thinking about it though. Sometimes at inappropriate circumstances...

i just say morning when I go into work...I worked night/evening shift for years and am still not used to mornings....so nothing good about them that I have seen yet...
