I don't think that would be a smart idea. Those dogs have been tormented, trained to attack, and pre-conditioned to violence. They can snap any at moment. Not something I want exposed to my family. Something about the risk of having the face ripped of a loved one bothers me. Those dogs either need to be completely rehabilated or put down. Giving them out as is would just be completely irresponsible.

I would! If they can be rehabilitated into a good family pet! I have rescued & adopted out many abandoned and abused dogs! I also volunteer for the CAHS and see the end results of abused animals!

That's sad. It wouldn't be the first abused animal I've taken in. Sadly, I don't have the time or strength anymore to re-train a dog. I hope they all get the homes and lives they deserve though.

I am surprised that they were not all euthanized since have been in training to learn to kill... this is so sad.. and what is the worst of it.. only if he gets a jail sentence will it really be a punishment to him... I think laws should be changed to make this a first class felony... such cruelty... sigh...

Although I love animals, I'd be afraid to adopt such a powerful animal with such training, which has been mistreated...

If I didn't already have a dog that hates other dogs, then I would in a heartbeat.
I feel so terrible for them.

You don't want a pit bull that hasn't been raised correctly, they are very dangerous.
So no!
