ALL THREE are franchise players. Although none of them have had chemistry problems, they are all used to being the centre of their respective teams. Also they are all used to scoring all their teams' points. Pierce had 25 PPG, Garnett 22 and Allen 26 for their teams. Each of them averaged 4 assists per game.
They are all used to having the ball GIVEN to them to SCORE. They have noone to rack up assists, and For this reason, although they are all amazing players, i dont think that Boston will be a serious championship contender.
Oh and btw boston also has NO DEPTH

ok timdizzle. 1) USA team plays less than 10 games a year together. 2) Celtics will be playing 82+ over a much longer period of time
3)No need for an "assist man" are you serious? so you think a team can succeed if three seperate players all make their own plays and don't share the ball?
