i know this song is a far cry from country music, but Aerosmith sang one called "Janie's Got a Gun."
I love concrete angel, it is a very moving song as well as The Little Girl, I guess you could say Independence Day by Martina McBride is somewhat in the same category, the child is subjected to abuse and lives in a dangerous situation.

The Little Girl by John Michael Montgomery - I don't know that the child is really abused, but she's neglected by her alcoholic/druggie parents.

I know of quite a few songs about child abuse. Christina Aguilera's "Stripped" and "Back to Basics" CDs have quite a few songs about child abuse, in the context of her recalling the abuse that she experienced as a child from her father.
Also, Christina Milian's song titled "Oh, Daddy" (found on her CD "It's About Time", is about child abuse as well.
