I do, I had to change my glasses this year and I got a thinner more flexible type and they are a bit of a pain to put on because the arms are a little TOO flexible to push past the padding of my helmet. With a little fiddling they go in fine.
I would suggest getting a clam shell type full face helmet I find it easier to get my glasses on rather than trying to go through the visor as my wife's nephew does.
Also get sunglasses with them I use the magnetic type of clipons and have had no problems.
Take care and ride safe.

Yes. You put on the helmet, then tuck in your glasses . Do not try to ride a sport bike without a full face helmet.

Yes, as long as you can pass the standard driving eye exam with them on. I ride a sport bike and wear prescription contacts.

Of course! Many full-face helmets have notches in the foam to fit the earpieces just fine, and I have found Shoei, Scorpion and Arai to work best with glasses.
Unless you don't bother wearing a helmet & gear, of course. In which case you get what you deserve.

Yep. They can even do math and read and everything!
Seriously, it's no problem. You just have to take your glasses off before putting the helmet on, raise the visor, and put them back on. The only thing that sucks is forgetting to take them off before you remove your helmet... you can scratch your nose up pretty good!

yes if are wearing no helmet or a 1/2 helmet etc get a pair of safety lens ones and wear a retainer cord or if you look to the side they may not stay on (and they are too much money to lose) you can also order a pair of presciption goggles If you wear a full face helmet put them on/off with the helmet on or you are going to know you forgot when the pain hits--good luck

If you can pass the vision test for your license, you can ride.
I have prescription glasses, and I don't have any trouble riding.

Why not? You can wear them under a visor or goggles, or get some prescription goggles made.
