It says the song is called Saiyuki Tightrope but I can't find any song that's called that.

It's "Tightrope" from the anime "Gensoumaden Saiyuki".

It's the ending theme, and performed by the group Charcoal Filter.

sorry i checked on animenewsnetwork.com and it only had a song called dress and broken wings.... dress is from buck-tick and broken wings is from tomoko tane well that all i can tell you just check at this place ok...
