Keys to car were handed to me from owner. This alleged person had nothing to do with said matter.Only car had open title.I drove car and did repairs on car.Six months.Just filled out paperwork for lost title.Said person has some kind of tow license, probably, illegal. He doesnt have a job.To the point, should I go get vehicle from said's drive and not worry about it?

Not exactly sure what the situation is here. Who is the legal owner of the vehicle here and how is the vehicle titled? Did you pay for the vehicle?

Whoever legally owns the vehicle has right to possesion of it.

If that is not you and you put money into a vehicle you did not own, you could try suing for the repairs in Small Claims Court if you have a receipt, but if the there was no legal transfer of the title from the original owner to you, then you cannot just go get the vehicle because legally, it is not yours.
