That is a wonderful question. The fact is that all of the documents will not be opened until I am like 60 and I am 28 now. It seems to me that they want to make sure that everyone and anyone who had anything to do with the reports and anything to be long dead when they come out. This may have been done for the sake of his family and friends that could me effected by the release of such a report. I mean god knows we wouldn't want to p.i.s.s. off that old fat alcoholic, woman killer Ted Kennedy. (sorry I am not a huge fan of his) The fact is we will not know until I am a much older man.

Kennedy Assassination Files

I was in high school when JFK was killed. Despite the flaws in the investigation by the Warren Commission, it concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone and there was no conspiracy. Nevertheless there are a lot of holes (no pun intended) in the commission's investigation and conclusions. There seems to be some evidence that the exit wound evidence was compromised by a botched tracheotomy at the Parkland Hospital emergency room. Information about a conspiracy that could have been obtained from Oswald himself died with him when Jack Ruby killed Oswald on live TV. There are enough books and pseudo documentaries on this subject to reach whatever conclusion you may want to reach. Various theories point to the CIA, the Kremlin, organized crime (the Mafia), J. Edgar Hoover, Fidel Castro, or Lyndon Johnson among others as the co-conspirators. This much is clear: Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK. But no one will ever know for sure if there was a conspiracy.

First, the date is wrong -- it is 2017.

Second, what is sealed is extremely limited. We're NOT talking about "THE Kennedy Assassination Papers" here, as if all or most of the papers involved in the investigation, Warren Commission, etc., were sealed. Only a tiny handful of documents are involved. The vast majority were released years ago. The few remaining documents have been viewed by a number of people who report nothing troubling in them (and in ten years we will all know).

Fourth, a sealing of potentially sensitive documents was not (and in many way still is not) unusual or surprising. Such an investigation often takes a lot of private testimony and uncovers a variety of things -- some of which may not even have much to do with the matter being investigated-- that may

a) embarrass certain parties who testified or about whom they testified

b) compromise or endanger sources, esp. those who agreed to testify and were very open BECAUSE they believed their identity and some sensitive details of what they said would NOT be made public. (e.g., if it was known that this person testified X his life might be in danger OR he and others might no longer be willing to BE a source... thus depriving investigators of important sources of information in combating crime)

And no (as you can probably tell) I do NOT think there was some great conspiracy behind the assassination. It is hardly unusual for there to be details of a crime that investigators cannot completely explain but in which there is no grounds for suspecting a grand conspiracy. On the contrary, every conspiracy theory proposed for this event creates more problems than it solves (and frequently rests on partial and misunderstood evidence).

Everything is kept secret until an expiration date. It may be as simple as not wanting to reveal secrets about presidential protection procedures.

BTW. no, I think it was done by a lone idiot, wanting to do something to make himself famous. I don't believe the grassy knoll stuff nor the manhole shooter, or the George W. Bush theory none of it.

Penny stocks are loosely categorized companies with share prices of below $5 and with market caps of under $200 million. They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/fb19f

They are gradually releasing some of the documents, but I believe it should all be made public. Conspiracy, yes I do believe this and do not believe in the Magic Bullet theory. I have heard it blamed on the CIA, LBJ, the New Orleans Mafia. But I tend to believe that it was Cubans involved (not necessarily Castro) and they got help from the New Orleans mobsters. That's just my own belief and I've read every possible thing there is to read (or watch) on the assassination. I do not believe that LBJ was involved or the CIA.

All secret political and historical files are kept secret for 50 years. Many files then are made accessible to historians so they can do some more research, other files will be kept secret even after the 50 years period. Believe you me, in the case of the JKF assassination these papers will never ever be made publicly accessible since I strongly believe that it was the CIA who murdered JFK.
