what can i use to make it cusiony so it wont hurt me

It just sounds like they are too small and need to be stretched or purchased in a larger size. Sorry. I have flats that are painful there too but I needed to wear them a few times before they loosened.

You can buy cushions to fit the counter, the back, of your shoes. Dr. Scholls or others, at drug stores or walmart.

Hope they're not too short. That will cause pain there.

Go to wal mart and ask where the shoe cushions are and YEAH they wont hurt anymore!!
