yeah, i usually do. it's normally "bless you" like the person sneezed out a demon or something...

I spent several years in Germany between ages 7-10, so I tend to get curious looks from Texans (where I live now) when I say "Gesundheit" after a sneeze; which basically translate's as wishing good health to the person who was sneezing. In Germany it's typical to then say "Danke" or Thanks afterwards in appreciation, but here in the states, I've found some do or some don't (I always say Thanks out of habit whether someone says "Bless You", "God Bless You", "God Bless", or "Gesundheit" - the latter I've only hear from my mother or father - my sister having taken the Christian faith has translated over to using "God Bless You" herself).
It's odd how the habit's from our childhood can either remain with us into adulthood or not.

before they get the chance to, i say bless you, cause then they cant sneeze anymore. :]

I always do , well for my wife anyway, I say to her God Bless You, but if it is multiple sneezing , then I say ,go blow your nose.lol

I always say bless you. Even to people I don't know on the street.
But to the bunch sneezers, I say it twice and after that I just give up. Their milking it after that.

ya i really cant help it i always have to say bless u! its not cause im all religious or anything i just do!!!!!! even in school in exams when some1 sneezed i had to asy bless u under my breath at least!!!!!! he he i dono y its just somethin i do
