Well! First, you can't go faster than the speed of light in the same reference that you are measuring the speed of light. After more than 140 years, Maxwell's equations still apply and "c" is still constant no matter how fast you are moving.
One reason you can't travel faster than light is that light is electromagnetic radiation and we (and all matter with atoms) are electromagnetic phenomenon. So... you can't go faster than what you are!
But, if you were out in space somewhere a million light years from anything else and traveling near the speed of light, you would not be able to tell the difference. Everything (including your headlights) would act just like they do now. This is the basic idea behind the Special Theory of Relativity. Time and space for you when you are moving appears the same as now. To an external observer (with some other frame of reference) things (including time passage but not light speed) would appear different.
This is not just some wild-hair math trick. The effects have been observed and experimentally repeated over and over since the 1920's. I'm surprised young people today still aren't introduced to this in basic high school science class.

Who would need headlights on a vehicle going the speed of light?
The light in the bulb would exist but not shine in front of you, it would be a constant & just ball.

If you were going the speed of light then turned on your headlights you would instantly be transported back to 1955 to make sure your parents kiss at the Enchantment under the sea dance and to make sure Biff crashes his car into that manure truck. DUH!

You can't go faster than light, so your question is pointless.
You might as well ask: "What if 6 turned out to be 9?"

Every molecule in your body will explode but at that very last instant you will realize all the knowledge in the universe.
