I am breastfeeding but in a few weeks will be going to an amusement park for the day. What should I do? Can I pump there? Otherwise I know I will be engorged.

Well, is baby going? If so, there is absolutely NO REASON u cant breastfeed while ur there.

If baby isnt going, PUMP! Find a bathroom, go to the car, anything, just PUMP! Otherwise, u risk the chance of losing a little of ur milk supply....not to mention the sheer discomfort of being engorged and leaking...

You should not be concerned nor embarrased to breastfeed your baby. I know it is hard sometimes , spepcially when people is around you...but there is always a bathroom, car o private place where you can nurse your baby. If you can pump, itis a good idea, but then the milk is cold...THere is specially designed blouses that are easy to open on the side, or the wraps kind of stuff that allow you to breastfeed in public but with some privacy at the same time.
I am breastfeeding my baby now and I know it is hard sometimes, but your baby deserves the best for him....congartulations and don't feel embarrased or shy about it!

Why not just breastfeed while there. It's perfectly legal and the best way for your baby to feed. But if for some you don't feel comfortable breastfeeding in public (or the baby won't be with you) you can pump there but you won't have anywhere to store the milk so be sure to pump enough before hand to feed the baby for the day and discard the rest.

If you know you won't be able to find a private place there to pump or nurse, pump some milk ahead of time and freeze it. Breat milk will keep for about a week after being frozen.

Call the First aid station at the park, and ask if there is a place you can pump [ and lock it up there for every three hour visits? ]
You will be miserable every after four-five hours! If there is no place to pump, I wouldn't go.

You definately can pump and should. Im not too sure how old your babe is but in order to establish a good milk supply, you should be nursing on demand. Good luck ! :)
