I went from a 38J to a 38C. I figured a C cup would be a decent size to go down to, not too big and not too small.

I would do it all over again if I had to. I do not regret it one bit!

Insurance covered it 100% too!

Reduction Feb 2006 38J to 38C
gimme a shout if you want.

Edit: A lift will only lift your breasts, and not reduce them. So if you have any back pain or health issues they will not be alleviated by a mere breast lift (and a lift by itself is not covered by insurance).

I went from E to a C. I just wanted to be comfortable. My weight was normal, 15 to 20 pounds over, but I had given birth to and breastfed 5 kids. When I was 9, I weighed 80 pounds, was extremely thin and was bulging out of an A cup, so for me it wasn't because I was overweight. After having all of my kids the doctor and my female friends told me I would lose my boobs. NOT SO!!! They were still huge only now they were sagging too. I have NEVER regretted for one second having the surgery. The only thing I do regret was not having them lifted at the same time, and I'm a little disappointed that my plastic surgeon didn't recommend that.

at the start enable me assist you realize that whether you have the surgical operation or no longer, there is not any assure that should could have the skill to breast feed besides. And because it seems, some females do no longer like it besides. i've got self assurance you discomfort. i'm a 32E (and come out of those too) and am maximum actually precise heavy. I fought with 2 diverse assurance firms for years via fact they suggested I wasn't super adequate and ultimately my assurance at my new interest is overlaying at one hundred%. I had my pre-op the day purely before this and we stated going on to a C cup which would be proportional to my 5"a million', 120lb physique. everyone who i've got spoken with who had had the surgical operation suggested it incredibly is the perfect factor they have ever executed and could do it lower back in a heart beat if mandatory. The issues you're worried approximately, breast feeding, nipple sensation, being too small, look small concerns in assessment to existence long lower back and neck discomfort, grooves on your shoulders and below your breast from under cord. i could advise you stumble on a plastic healthcare expert and schedule a consultation. S/he will have the skill to talk to you approximately all your concerns and advise the perfect available answer for you. one factor i visit assist you realize is which you nonetheless is purely no longer "small" chested afterwards. however the healthcare expert will make you proportional on your physique. sturdy success.

The first consultation I had with my plastic surgeon I told him the exact size that I wanted- and he got it almost perfect!!

My reasoning was that I was a full 32E when I was 15 so now being 22 I didn't want to suddenly be small, it just wouldn't be me. Hence I asked for roughly a D to DD.

I went from a 34G to a 34DD and I am thrilled with mine. Although many people still think that they are huge, considering what I used to have, these new boobies are tiny for me.

It was the best decision I have ever made.

I was so tired of the pain from the weight of the breasts and discomfort of wearing a bra that I really went down to a small B and don't regret it at all. I have no interest in being attractive to men or to a society that perpetuates the desire for large breasts. They are nothing but agony for the woman, especially as she ages. B was not flat, but allows me to go braless comfortably, so B it was.
